Welcoming and Caring by Beth - 08/21/2012
We traveled to Bend for our wedding anniversary. We have three dogs. We planned to board our two larger dogs close to home, yet decided to tote our little one with us. When I found out the weather would be too hot for him to sit in the car when we ran errands, I called Pet Paradise. I shared with them our situation, and how nervous I was to place our 10 year old daschund in care. He had never been boarded before. When we arrived to Pet Paradise a week later, Toni and Terri warmly greeted us. They remembered our dog's name from our phone conversation, and that he was a new boarder. They let us know that all would be fine, and said if he were too stressed they would snuggle him. When we picked him up he was chipper and looking great. We were very pleased. We originally contacted them because of all the positive reviews on here. Here is one more! Thank you, Toni and Terry! We plan to use your services again!

Worked Out Great by KW - 06/23/2012 Pet Paradise was recommended to us from a friend. We were planning on being out of town for several days and needed a place to take our very shy, and people scared mini aussie. We talked to the couple that run the place and told them of our concerns and how scared our girl is of other people. We were able to take our girl for doggie day care for several days before we had to leave her overnight. This was a wonderful option and it enabled us to get our dog acclimated to the facility and she was able to become friends with the owners. Worked out wonderfully and after a 5 night stay, when we picked up our dog, she was happy and we could tell she had not been traumatized by being left at the kennel. We will definitely be using Pet Paradise in the future whenever we need overnight kennel services.
